Lidia and Rick are Engaged!

I had so much fun with these two lovely and lighthearted soul mates this week. We had a wonderful day with impeccable weather and unimaginable views of the exquisite mother earth in San Marino, CA at the Huntington Library Botanic Gardens. For my first time here I was absolutely stunned that for my entire twenty-five years living in southern California I had never even heard of this quintessential place of relaxation and romance. Lidia and Rick not only shared my love of this location, but also an abundance of memories tied to it. When they started dating they would find oasis in these gardens, having picnics, lounging about, and falling in love with the gorgeous scenery, the moment, and each other over and over again. I had such an amazing time tracing the steps of their delightfully special story within these gardens and their memories. Their love is so true, so simple, and so beautiful, I am honored to be able to share this exciting moment in their lives with them. Congratulations Lidia and Rick!! You guys really found something remarkable.

I hope you loved these photos as much as I did. Please leave a comment, share them on facebook or on pinterest! Thanks so much for supporting atomic moose photography and have a fantastic day! :D

Ein toller tag!!!

I recently spent half a day in California's lovely Venice Beach with my wonderful German friend, Orange, in her last few days here in the states. This wonderfully diverse and exciting place exploded with color and good vibes. I love so close, but have only been here twice ever! It is surely one of the best places to skateboard, airbrush, eat, shop, and spectate. I definitely recommend a visit! If not, please observe and absorb, CLICK on the images to enlarge!:

These walls and structures are actually a LEGAL place to paint every saturday. That way your artwork stays up for an entire week to be glanced upon:

The strand where it's all at is just over a mile long (I think), lined with resonating colors and tall palm trees.

You will find people selling art, music, drugs, clothes and food. There are tattoo and piercing parlors and sometimes, a nearly naked man with snakes wrapped around his body. You never know what you'll find in Venice Beach.

There are sidewalk trails to cruise on as well as an awesome skate park where boards, blades, and bikes are all welcome! There is also a "street" area where there are waxed curb platforms and rails to legally practice your street skate. LOVE IT!

Snacks for the road!! Onward to the Griffith Observatory!

So we continued our journey onward to the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles just in time for the sunset. We romantically observed the wall of continuously fading color fall behind the horizon of the entirety of Los Angeles. I've seen beautiful views of my home before, though none compare to the stain of the sky on this particular day. I hope the photos bring about the same awe I had alongside my lovely Orange.

We then got to a point in the night when we wanted a photo of ourselves enjoying the end of our day. We asked MANY, MANY people to take a photo of us. Some unaware of how to operate my camera. Others more concerned with getting a better shot of our background than us. Finally we tried just the simple 'selfie', and a good fellow was able to take a fairly decent photo of us. I had to include them all because we thought it was just the most amusing thing. Please Enjoy.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for joining me today on the interwebs! I hope you enjoyed viewing my adventures with Orange. Please comment below, share it on facebook, or on pinterest! Until next time, have an BOMB day!

Heart Or Nothing.

This beautiful and inspired group of lovely individuals came to me with my first ever fashion shoot inquiry. I was thrilled from the beginning to help this ambitious team and after learning all about their purpose and career goals, I became ecstatic in assisting their motivating and quickly emerging project. Heart or Nothing is what they call this compelling fashion. Heart or Nothing aims to promote passion, enthusiasm and heart in not only everything you do, but in the ONE thing you desire for in career choosing. This line of clothing is inspired by street art and design and is intended for college aged individuals. There is an unbelievable amount of pressure in today's college students to quickly decide a career that they must follow for the remainder of their lives. Heart or Nothing is a perfect and wonderful reminder to those under pressure not to neglect passion. Our world is run by money and power, but happiness and contented tranquility are found in doing things that you love and have your whole heart invested into. A message that motivates success in passionate and enthusiastic endeavor rather than a subsequent paycheck is one that I am more than happy to stand behind.

Please visit their WEBSITE, buy some of their clothing and embrace a lifestyle of intension, pride, and a whole lot of heart.

I hope you enjoy the photos. Don't forget to click on them to enlarge, leave a comment, share it on facebook or PIN IT on pinterest!! Thanks so much for checking in and have a heart healthy day!

Kristin and Kyle's Lovely Family

Having a dog of my own has truly changed my life and I can say without the slightest hesitation that my life would be a much more stressful and frustrating experience without her. She is absolutely a part of my family, my child even, and nothing or no one can replace her.

When my good friend and co-worker, Kristin asked if I could take family photos for her, I was stoked. She and Kyle aren't yet married nor have any children, but I knew right away she was referring to the  delightful family she has fostered with Kyle and her two pleasant and charismatic dogs, Sophie and Dodger. I had such a blast traveling with this charming family through Peter's Canyon in Anaheim Hills. Their fun and loving personalities made this photo shoot so simple and engaging. I hope you enjoy the photos!! Please leave a comment and tell me what you think. Share on facebook if you love it! Or better yet, on pinterest!! Thanks for stopping in and I hope you have a lovely day!
